HyperPET is the result of integrating two complementary, top-tier technologies: MAS extrusion and a proven Solid State Polycondensation for PET.

On the one hand, the MAS co-rotating conical twin screw extruder: a compact, patented design which — thanks to gentle processing at low screw speeds, high screw fill, a short processing path and low melt temperatures — delivers optimal values of IV, color and acetaldehyde (AA) with minimal energy consumption.

On the other hand, the Pre extrusion SSP, a patented system that combines infrared radiation and vacuum to maximize the speed and efficiency of IV rise-up, ensuring increase and uniformity of intrinsic viscosity in recycled PET.
