MAS iQonicTwin PreDensifier

Films from Post-Con­sumer Waste 

iQon­icTwin Pre­Den­si­fi­er allows the trans­for­ma­tion of recy­cled LDPE and LLDPE into blown or cast films. These films are suit­able for non-food flex­i­ble pack­ag­ing, garbage bags, and con­struc­tion sheets. The extru­sion process enables refeed­ing of scrap direct­ly into the melt, max­i­miz­ing yield and resource effi­cien­cy.

DRD for Film Qual­i­ty

Thin films are sen­si­tive to con­t­a­m­i­na­tion. DRD tech­nol­o­gy ensures a dry, and fine-free, which is essen­tial for achiev­ing a low gel count and high trans­paren­cy. Espe­cial­ly in film appli­ca­tions, this pre­pro­cess­ing step makes a dif­fer­ence.
