iQonicTwin Regrind

The efficient regranulating solution

The iQonicTwin Regrind lines upgrade post consumer and post-industrial polyolefins such as PE, PP, PS, and ABS into value-added compounds. This is achieved by blending, degassing, filtration, and optionally reinforcing or modifying the melt. MAS systems generate consistent mechanical properties and high-quality output, even from mixed and low-grade input streams.

High-Quality Re-Compounds: Streamlined Recycling and Compounding in a Single Step for Maximum Efficiency.

The iQonicTwin Regrind line by MAS brings together two critical processes in plastics recovery: material recycling and high-end compounding, all within a single, integrated system. This modular solution transforms post-consumer and post-industrial plastics into high-performance re-compounds, ideal for demanding applications and sustainable product lines.

Whether processing PE, PP, ABS, PS, or PA, the iQonicTwin Regrind offers the flexibility and control needed to handle variable input qualities, reduce energy usage, and achieve homogeneous, stable output — without complex side feeding or extensive operator intervention.

One system. Endless possibilities.

At its core is MAS’s patented conical co-rotating twin-screw extruder, engineered for gentle plastification, efficient additive compounding, and precise degassing. Combined with real-time process control, the system ensures that even difficult regrind materials are consistently upgraded into high-quality granulates — a proper upcycling solution.

Transforming waste into value

The iQonicTwin Regrind line is not just about recycling — it’s about value creation. By reintroducing carefully Re-compounded plastics back into production, manufacturers can meet sustainability targets without compromising product quality or production efficiency.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

Recycling and Compounding United in One Step

Smartly turning waste into high-quality granulates with less energy, waste, and complexity – delivering premium Re-compounds with maximum output and flexibility.

About MAS

Founded by recycling pioneer Helmuth Schulz in 2006, the company is revolutionizing the exceedingly high quality standards of twin-screw extruders for the recycling industry. MAS masters the challenges of modern recycling and upcycling requirements thanks to its patented technology and became an international driver of innovation in no time. Customers around the world benefit from environmentally friendly added value while saving energy and resources.
